Production
The manufacturing time for all orders is dependent on the total quantity of the received order and the current production queue in our factory. Generally, new orders can expect an approximate manufacturing time of 55 to 75 days.
Yes, all fabrics and finishing colors can be customized for your orders.
We have over 200 uniquely designed fabrics in various colors, and patterns and over 30 combination of finishing styles to choose from in order to meet our customers’ taste and satisfaction through customization based on their personal preferences.
There are no additional charges for standard fabric or color customizations. However, certain finishing customizations such as “Gold leaf,” “Silver leaf,” or “Inlays” may incur an extra cost.
Upon receiving your confirmed order, we will arrange for the selected fabric and finishing color samples to be shipped to your address via DHL. This will enable you to make a more informed decision regarding the fabrics and colors you have chosen for your order.

After going through the final quality check, Our well-trained packaging staff, use quality packaging materials to protect the furniture against any possible drop or pressure.
Each item is covered with a soft protective fabric.
Solid and sturdy foams will be placed around each items to absorb any possible shock.
Each item will be packed in a separate cupboard box. Bigger items will be supported in box using Timber wood frames.
We offer standard and Premium Packaging including wood box to ensure all orders and goods will reach to the destination safe and sound.
